Where is my wife's phone

Your store at River Walk is home to incompetent staff. We tried to take out a contract for my wife.

We went to the store on 31/12/2012 and filled in the forms and she said she would submit it and let us know by Friday 4 January 2013.

As per usual... I got no information by Friday. I phoned on Saturday morning, spoke to someone who told me she would call me RIGHT back with a status update. 45mins passed and I heard nothing. So I went to the store and spoke to charity. she informed me that the first person had left out stuff on the forms. She told me she would resubmit it and then get back to me within 2 - 3 working days. Which would be by Wed 9/01/2013.

Obviously I heard nothing and phoned them... To be told once again something was left out and it would be sent in again...

Eventually get told on Monday 14th that it has been approved and the phone would be here by latest thursday.
No call... Again... We phone and now they can't tell us if the phone is arriving or when or what.

How can you keep making promises to your client stuff and not delivering it...

Where is the phone?! Can I go collect it myself somewhere so I can actually get the phone.
