So I needed me windscreen replaced and called my insurance to advise that I needed to do so, I was advised to go to PG Glass. I called On Tuesday 25 June and spoke to Dirk who i was advised is the manager of that branch, I was told that by 8am the same morning I would be called and assisted and also requested to give the details of the car which i did, 24 hours later i was still not contacted upon calling back and speaking to Dirk for a second time my contact details were again taekn down, I was called back by Faith who a third time took done my details as well as my insurers details this was Thursday, I is now Monday and still not new windscreen. So PG Glass Centurion please advise when this will be sorted.
