Less than a week ago on my way to work I picked up n small crack on my windscreen on the bottom left. Because of financial restraints my Insurance lapsed 4 month ago and do not have the funds for a new windscreen, I from experience know that PG Auto Glass is the company that will help me.
I called the call Center ref number 2269543, and was promised that Paarl branch will contact me within 24 hours, I called again, and again, and every time I explained the same problem, the impression i gather is that they only deal with insurance claims, and not private people. this morning the cracked advanced to half the windscreen. I called again, and the lady just said, they cant help me, I now need a new windscreen. what a feeling, I explained to her, but she insisted that i replace the windscreen, I requested to speak to her superior, but was given a 0102152700 number, and were put on hold, and cut off without speaking to any body. All the years of my believe in PG Auto, and this happens?
