I must admit that after reading a number of complaints on Hello Peter about East Rand Motor lab, I was devastated when I found out that my insurance had allocated them to carry out the repairs to my brand new hail damaged car...
After a nail biting, stomach turning 4 weeks to my surprise, I have received my Car back from East Rand Motor Lab in utter perfect condition... and I mean perfect! I really tried to find fault, and to my astonishment, I still haven't found a fault.
They were professional, kind, kept me up to date, have followed up at least three times to see if I'm satisfied, and (fingers crossed) no problems or complaints or hidden surprises...
I big thank you to the team who help me endure, kept me re-assured, and delivered outstandingly...
