On Thursday afternoon I got stuck in the hail storm and my back window was smashed out on my car.
Friday morning, first thing (07h30) I call PG Auto Glass to log a call, After following up several times, they inform me that they still have not heard from my insurance broker. At around 15h00 my insurance broker asks me if they have replaced my windscreen, as they have approved the claim. Yet no one at PG Glass knows anything about this. It is Monday morning, and I have called PG at least three times and my insurance broker and still nothing! Excluding Saturday it is now 27 hours later - for a company who suppsoed sorts out claims with 1 day...
The weather is bad, i have no back windscreen and now I have to expose my car to further damage because PG Glass cannot process a simple claim!
Never again will I use them, they are totally incapable of assisting you when you are in need! Who will pay for the extra damaged cause by the rain today - when my car should have been fixed over the weekend? Does PG Glass really not need any more customers?
