No service/poor service

i had registered a claim with my insurance company and was told someone from pg glass would contact me.
i was contacted by a call center operator from pg glass who took my details and processed the order. she allocated the order to allens nek branch. she told me that someone from the branch would contact me.

1 and half day had passed and no contact. i had to call in to query the status of my order. at which time i was asked the make model and vin number of the vehicle.

an appointment was made for 12:00 on Friday for the windscreen on my vehicle to be replaced at my premises.
by 12:30 no one had come nor was there any communication from pg glass. i called the branch at 12:35 and was told they running late. a new appointment was made for 17:00 at my premises. it is now 17:48 and no one has arrived to replace my windscreen. i have attempted to call the branch and there was no answer.

i called the call center and a gentleman by the name of jeffery had offered to assist. i received a call at 17:45 and told that the installers are on their way.
