Service is pethetic

I purchased a windscreen from this place, it did not fit, I them asked them to come and install the windscreen themselves. After they damaged my hood lining and w/screen rubber, the windscreen did not fit.
I went to see the owner (after speaking to Les. Florance, Marlise and Tanja on the phone, with no joy just I will phone you back) he was not available I spoke to Fiona The so called floor manager. She assured me she would sort this out. After 10 minutes she called me to tell that my car has been modified and that there is nothing wrong with there w/screen. I then went to National glass and bought a glass needless to say it fits perfectly.
I then phoned again to make an appointment to see the owner. Tanja promised me see will phone me back, with a time to see him.
I am still waiting. This started the 27th of December.
A windscreen that would have cost R400.00 now has cost me R2100.00
I just wonder if our insurers utilise these monkeys as well
