BAD SERVICE FROM WINDSCREEN DIRECT

My car window was smashed as my car was broken into, i then claimed from insurance who asked Windscreen direct to fit my glass, Claim was made on Monday 29/04/13, i was informed that my glass was not in stock and that it had to be ordered with a 1 day waiting period, as my claim was made on Monday Morning, the glass should of arrived on Tuesday morning and been fitted. I informed Windscreen direct on how URGENT this glass was as i was restricted to using my car. Tuesday i heard i would get the glass on Thursday due to the PH, i then expected it to be fitted on Thursday with no such luck, phoned again and spoke to Layla, advised her of the urgency, she said the problem was with the supplier and that she would personally follow up as it should arrive on Thursday afternoon - she would call me and keep me informed - did not hear from Layla again. Friday i called my insurer to advise on the BAD service, they advised if i can get my glass fitted and pay i can claim back. I phoned National Auto Glass at about 10:00am Friday morning, they advised they would order the glass, the same day my glass was fitted! Would def recommend them then Windscreen direct.
