On Wednesday 22 January I got into my car only to find the windscreen cracked. I called my insurance, got a claim number and was referred to PG Glass Centurion. I called their headoffice and organized that I go on Saturday 25 January. I then called their Centurion office the next day just to confirm - they didnt know about me! After phoning around I eventually got it organized. Saturday I park my car there and left. I was called at 11:30 to tell me that they had overbooked themselves and that they couldnt do my car. They would send a mobile unit on Monday. Monday afternoon they called to say that the new windscreen had a crack in it and they had to order a new one. Tuesday afternoon they call to say their truck broke down. Today the manager is not available. Seriously bad service. The crack has grown and if a cop stopped me now I would get one huge fine! Fortunately my insurance understood and cancelled them. I am now going to Glassfit.
