Mess around with Spare key

Lets try Hello Peter and see if this works because nothing else does. BMW is a brand that sells itself, but surely after sales service is still necessary. I was very happy when I bought my car in June 2013, service was great, I even wrote a complimentary report on Hello Peter, but I had no spare key and was led to believe as it was a Cape Town registered car, they'd just need to get the key down from Cape Town. 5 months later still nothing (no feedback given in this time) and in November I had to take my car in to arrange for a spare key to be made. It is May now, my emails have been ignored, no feedback or response from Yunus, and I still don't have a spare key!!! When my husband took my car in for a service 2 weeks ago, he was told, "the key will be ordered" So what was the point of going there in November then??? A customer service lady called me and I told her about my situation and a week later, I am still waiting for the Service manager to call me...
