I purchased a vehicle from Willowcrest Motors in december 2013, prior to the purchase I was told I would receive the spare keys to the vehicle which Miki the salesman would organise for me, after 1.5 months roughly I still have got no spare key. I am happy with the vehicle but the spare key was promised to me during the sale. I don't care if WCM has to pay for a new one, I want my new key or i will seek legal advice.
