7 months later and still no spare key received

I purchased my BMW convertible last year June from BMW in Bruma, and was told that i would receive the spare key as soon as possible along with my personalised plates registered to the new vehicle. For the last 7 months, i have been chasing the salesman (Lloyd) and anyother person I who will assist me with my spare key and my plates. In November 2012, i managed to speak to a lady named Paula who was so pleasant and assisted me in getting my personalised plates assigned to my new vehicled and delivered to me by december 2012. With the spare key, however, i was told that i need to speak to the saleman and his manager, whom i have contacted several times. I keep getting the run around, and 7 months later, still no success.

Please can someone please contact me and assist me in getting my spare key for my BMW. Take note as mentioned before, its been 7 months since i have purchased my vehicle and still have not received the spare key which is crucial!!
