19 MONTHS LATER STILL NO SPARE KEY!!!

Sadly it has been 4 months since I came onto hello peter to complain about the service that Peugeot the Glen provided me and still I have not received my spare key, 19 months after having bought my car.
I came onto peter to complain and some agent called me to tell me that the spare key was ordered and would be delivered. The respective dealership sent their driver to my workplace with keys that cannot even open my car. This all happened 3 months ago and since then no one has contacted me regarding another key.
Should anything happen to the one and only key I have, knows what I will do.

Can somebody please assist me as I have ran out of options, I do not know what else to do to get the spare key that I am rightfully entitled to.

Never ever will I even think of buying another Peugeot in my life, sadly it is my favourite make of car.
