NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND BAD SERVICE

I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE OCTOBER 2012.THE SALES REP OUPA WHICH HE NO LONGER WORKS THERE WAS PERSISTANT UNTIL I GREED TO THE SALE. I COLLECTED THE CAR AND FIRST ISSUE- NO SPARE KEY. THEY PROMISED ME THE SPARE KEY WILL BE DELIVERED TO ME. A MONTH WENT BY-NO SPARE KEY. WHEN I ENQUIRED AGAIN IN DECEMBER THEY SAID THE SPARE WILL BE READY. JANUARY CAME- NO SPARE KEY. I WENT IN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER BARRY.HE SAID I SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH MARUIS, MARUIS SAID TO ME THE SPARE WILL BE READY IN A WEEK. A WEEK WENT BY- NO SPARE KEY. THE VEHICLE WENT IN FOR A SERVICE ON THE 1ST MARCH 2013. THE VEHICLE'S BONNET LATCH WAS BROKEN.THEY SAID THAT WILL BE FIXED TOGETHER WITH THE SPARE KEY. WHEN I COLLECTED MY VEHICLE NONE OF THOSE WERE DONE. BONGI FROM SERVICE PROMISED MY VEHICLE WILL BE PICKED UP FROM MY OFFICES ON THE 4TH MARCH. MONDAY CAME-NOTHING HAPPENED. I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO CALL THEM TIME AND TIME AGAIN BUT NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT, ON THE 7MARCH THEY COLLECTED THE VEHICLE FROM MY OFFICES, WHEN THEY BRING IT BACK NOTHING IS FIXED.I TOLD THE DRIVER I DO NOT WANT THE VEHICLE.HE LEAVES MY VEHICLE AT MY WORK PLACE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND LEAVE WITH THE KEY! IM VERY!!!
