No assistance with spare keys

I bought a Kia Cerato and was told that the spare key is with them. I bought the car in October 2012 already, but till today, 30 July 2013, could not get the spare key from them. My key broke, and I had to call a tow-in service to have the car towed to Kia Wonderwaters. I had to buy a new key, as the spare key is all of a sudden missing in action! I called and pleaded with Kia Pretoria Central to please give me the spare key they were suppose to have with them, but with no success. No one can help me and no one can tell me where the spare key is. I was so proud of their service when I bought the car, but am sorry to say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM! I will never send any of my colleauges to them for a new car, because they make false promises and cannot assist when you need them to.
