Poor Customer Service

I assisted a friend who was purchasing his first car. We eventually found a car that met the criteria.. On the day of delivery we noted that the car did not have a spare key - We noted that this was still to be provided. (3 weeks later and still waiting) We noticed the spare wheel was on the car, but did not think much of that. Once we took delivery, we took the car to TWT to get the tyre changed - Once at TWT the sales guy told us that the tyres on the car are not road worthy and that he could not allow us to drive on those tyres due to their condition. We had to change all 4 tyres.. (yet somehow the car & tyres passed the 101 point check "conducted" by the AA). I informed the kia sales consultant of the tyre situation. We got a letter from TWT explaining the tyre situation and their condition. I sent the letter to the sales consultant @ kia on Monday 28th October. Since then, they are not returning my calls, responding to my emails or providing me with any form of feedback regarding the spare key or tyre situation (which I am expecting a refund)... POOR after sales service...
