Waiting for spare key since March 2013

Initially I wanted to report excellent service from Kia The Glen, everything went smoothly from trading in my car to collecting the new car I had bought. Everyone was friendly, very helpfull and the service was brilliant.
The day I collected my car, the sales person advised that they didnt have the spare key for the car, however, he would find out about it and get back to me soonest. After some time now and numerous amount of calls to the sales person as well as the whom I believe is the principal of the dealership, and promises from them to get back to me, I still do not have the spare key to my car.
I understand at one point there was a problem with the telephone number the sales person contacted me on, and that is why I asked him to contact me on the other number provided to them.
All I would like is the spare key to my car after waiting for almost 8 months already.
