Spare key not supplied and not yet contacted

In november 2011 i bought a sonata 2.4 at the hyundai car dealer in rustenburg waterfall mall and the sales person who sold me the car, (Zenta) was her name explained that the spare key of the car is at head office. The arrangement was as soon as the key arrives she will contact me. After 3months of not getting any feedback i called her and she said she will call me as soon as the key arrives. After a couple of weeks when i called her she said she left the car dealer and now works at leon motors. I went to the dealer principal and explained the situation and he said he will look into the matter as zenta never mentioned the matter to them. A few weeks later a consultant from the dealer called me and said the matter is been investigated. Its now almost 6 months and still no response from them about when i will receive my spare key.
