Incompetent and Unprofessional Service

To Whom it may concern,
I called your venue to make a booking today and requested a copy of you menu, As you website was coming up with errors, I spoke to a gentle man by the name of Nazir Shaik who queried the number of people that will be coming through for dinner, I said four, He advised that that is too small an amount of people for him to send a menu, I explained to him that that made absolutely no sense to me, I then asked to speak to a manager, Mr. Francis Naidoo who was even more incompetent and unprofessional than Mr. Nazir Shaik, Who advised that the person is on leave and there is no email at the restaurant.
I understand that Lord Prawn was established on the Durban beach front in 1975 and relocated to Umhlanga in 1989 under the same ownership and staff... did they move the same IT infrastructure and level of professionalism across as well?
