I would like to bring to your attention that I was at you restaurant at 11h00 this morning to place an order for 6 x grilled fish & chips as well 2x grilled fish and salad.
When I paid for it this morning I advised that I would like delivery at 12h45. At 12h50 I phoned through to the restaurant only to be advised that the order was just only coming out of the oven. I said to the guy who answered there was a reason I requested delivery at 12h45 I have a meeting with Executives in it and obviously they working on a tight schedule and lunch is served at 13h00. Not once did he apologise he just kept on saying its coming its coming.
Aside from making me look incompetent in front of my executive and CE I had to come to your restaurant again to collect the food as I didn't' believe it when that guy kept on saying the delivery person is coming. I arrive at the restaurant the 8 boxes are still being packed as you would know it's now almost 13h00.
I would just like to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service and attitude of your staff as I had to walk to your restaurant even though I had made prior arrangements an hour and half before.
