As a working class individual I have a limited time frame for my Lunch Break.
Imagine my Dismay when I encounter unprofessional staff that do not know how to diffuse and uncomfortable situation. Yesterday 14/08/13 I placed an order with Jolly Grubber Springfield using their online menu.
The order was placed and confirmed. Upon delivery the pricing was entirely different to the one stated on the online menu. I called to query with the store and I was told by one of the cashiers that there is a mistake on the website. I then asked to speak to the manager. She asked if I did not have a menu because I am asking for pricing. I replied saying I did use the online menu and if I did not look at a menu there would be no need for me to query the incorrect pricing!! She also said that they are too busy too update the site and that I will have to pay the price on the cash sale receipt. I explained to her that if that is the case I will be sending the order back to which she replied, Go Ahead as she cannot do anything about the situation. Why is it that I have to be the one to bear the brunt of false advertising and be so rudely spoken to. We have been patronizing this store for a good few years
