I requested a quote via Safari Now on the 21st of June for one of their establishments. The quote request was for 2 adults. On the 24th of June I confirmed the booking for 2 people. I paid the deposit for two people. However, right after I made the booking, I was informed that only one person will be staying at the establishments and I must please change the booking. I immediately e-mailed the establishment and informed them of the change. I was then told that I must contact Safari Now directly. I e-mailed Safari Now and informed them of the change and they must please amend the booking. This morning I received a call from Amanda, very arrogant and incompetent to say the least. I was told the booking confirmed was for only person. I then explained to her, I have the booking confirmation from their website in front of me and the booking paid is for 2 people, they need to change it to 1 person as I will not be paying another R1800 for a 2nd person. I was told I must still pay the remaining amount even though it is for only 1 person. This is the second time I am having a unprofessional experience with Safari Now. This will be the last time I do bookings through you.
