False advertising & bad customer service

On Sunday the the 10th of March we planned to go to the new bar and restaurant Shimmy Beach Club. As we required some further information we phoned the tel number given on the webiste, which appeared to be incorrect, after checking the website again we found that entrance fee of R100 is charged after 20h00 in the evening.
The three of us arrived to the Shimmy Beach Club at 17h00, the doorman immediately explained that a fee of R100 is charged at ANYTIME unless we are going to eat in the restaurant, we said that the website states that the fee is payable only after 20h00 but we asked to look at the menu, the doorman then told us that the restaurant is fully booked at that he is aware of the fact that there are mistakes on the website. We argued that it is false advertising and we would like to get into the club without paying the fee. The doorman explained that its not going to happen and many other people who had the same complaints ended up paying. We explained that it is unacceptable and we asked to talk to the manager and the doorman then said that he is the manager. We never entered the club out of principal as we refused to pay the fee.
