PATHETIC AND UNTRAINED STAFF
I have been a loyal client but their service is really getting poorer by the day. The Nando's in Tramshed Pretoria is hopeless. 1st of all it takes 30 minutes for them to answer their phones, and when you do get through to them an untrained person will answer the call then tell you to hold for 10 minutes (which is crazy) after you have placed and order they (tina is the lady who took my order) will tell you that your food will be there in 45 minutes. On 23rd April 2013, my order took them two complain calls and 1h30 minutes to reach my office. Even their delivery person gave me attitude when he got to my work place. Their service it needs to be polished even the manager (Farai) could not explain what was taking them so long to deliver the food. My office is just two blocks away from them. i have realised that walking in are better that phone orders. the people take advantage and they need to be taught time management and people skills. Nandos must really do something about it before their brand is put to shame by untrained and pathetic staff or managers.
