I Ordered a GRILLED twister, and checked the slip - as KFC tend to get it wrong so I have learned to check the slip. The slip clearly indicated GRILLED. As the twisters are now packed in sealed containers, one cannot easily check on site. When I arrived back at work I found that a Fried twister was packed instead of the grilled option. I am not the first person at my company to experience bad service from this branch. I am not going to order from KFC again, as I have NEVER left satisfied at ANY branch.
