1.) My mother ordered the fish, chips and roll and when she got home there was no roll. She phoned them and complained. They offered to send the right goods, but again when they delivered there was no bun.
2.) I ordered on Wednesday 2 med grilled hake and 2 mashed potatoes. My till slip said fried hake, I told the lady the order is wrong and it is not what I ordered, because I do not eat fried food. She, in a rude way told me "you never said grilled and we only make large hake grilled". I told her to cancel the order. She went to the kitchen area, and when she came back I asked her what is happening. She again in a very rude way said "you are getting what you want." When we got home, what a disappointment, the 2 pieces of fish was 12cm long and 4cm broad on the front side. If that is the med hake for R17.90, I do not want to see the small fish. Wonder if I will find the small fish in the container underneath the 1 piece of lemon. I will never buy there again and will make sure all my friends and family knows not to buy from that Fishaways. I am going to post it on my facebook wall for everyone to see.
