On Sunday evening family decided to order KFC. To Start we wanted a grilled twister and a Sweat chilli twister. No Grilled twister, Ok 2 Chilli twister. 1 Variety Bucket with Chips, 24 Zinger wings, 4 Lrg C/Slaws, 3 Lrg M/Gravys. Pay and drive to collect. Now we get told that no sweet chilli twisters as no sweet chilli source. So we settle for regular twisters. while waiting I look at my till slip and notice that there are 2 x 8 Zinger wings and 2 x 4 Zinger wings rung up. Please note I asked for 24 zinger wings. What I now notice is that the 4 pack zinger wings are more expensive. WHY would a person deliberately not ring up 3 x 8 zinger wings. This is just being dishonest. I asked the Manager to please explain which he could not but he did apologies and was prepared to refund the difference, we asked him to put it into HOPE. We drive away only to notice that the chips have not been put into our order as the order was all packed into paper bags (no paper buckets). I turn around and walk into the store to ask them for the chips that were missing. Over the past year the service at KFC is pathetic and is getting worse. We dont want to go to KFC anymore as there is always a problem
