There are 3 different queues. Instead of helping customers on a first come first serve basis, while I was waiting in my queue the queue next to me helped 4 customers before me. How is that fair?
Then I ordered 2 Twisters (not the meals only the twisters) and had to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare this, only to realise that they wrongly took the order and gave me 1 twister only. I had to rush back to work and there was no way to wait for another twister so I just walked out with my one twister.
This is unacceptable. This KFC does NOT conform to the national KFC standards.
Bad and VERY SLOW service!
Head Office should investigate!
