We ordered 2 grilled Sweet-chilli Twisters at the drive-through at KFC in Jean ave, Centurion last night. When we got home, the Twisters were fried, not grilled, and the sweet-chilli burned like hot chilli, not like the Sweet-chilli sauce readily available at supermarkets.
I phoned the manager (Anthony), at the store today, and he offered me two new Twisters immediately. When I went to collect the food, he was friendly and helpful, and even offered me an ice-cream while I waited.
It is refreshing to find good managers out there.
