This morning my daughter and myself pop into KFC Mulbarton for two twisters. Get home I open the twister both are not grilled like we asked for my twister the chicken pieces were crispy dry one a half chicken strips. Furious as this was now the second time I had received terrible food from the Mulbarton branch. The staff was most appologetic and said that a new order will be placed as the wrong chicken pieces were placed in the twister. Weather that chicken was for the twister or not it could not be eaten thats how bad it was. Stupid mistakes from staff can make or break a branch one things for sure they lost a customer!!
