This is the second time this has happened to me at Wimpy and the sad part is that both the waiter and the management have a serious lack in service skills. Today i went to Wimpy and i ordered fish i specifically asked the waiter if they serve it grilled and he said its an option, i asked for grilled and the waiter told me that it was going to take time and i stated that its fine. the waiter seemed not to understand the menu and did not know what was on the menu, he had a bad attitude and was not attentive. he left and another waitress came back to correct his mistakes. later when the order came back the fish was fried. i was angry and refused the order because this is the second time this has happened to me. the waiter did not care to apologize instead he accused me of lying and not ordering grilled in his own words he said that i merely inquired if they grilled the fish and suggested that i might want it but i was not definitive in my order, a statement that for the life of me i do not understand. his denial and accusations more than anything are a cause for concern, and the management seemed to care less about my distress.
