How not to keep regular customers happy

My team at work are almost daily customers of this branch. Mistakes are far too common with the wrong orders arriving. Today is another example where the order was repeated at least 6 times to the person taking the call and once again there was disappointment as one person didn't get any food. I cannot comprehend how a simple order of 2 hero steak rolls and a chips can not be accurately executed and delivered. One of the ladies spoke to Hassan (owner I think) and he said that he would send another one and not charge for it to make it up to us.By now it was a bit late but hey why not. Another hero roll (and chips which were already delivered earlier) arrive and we get charged for it. Another phone call to Hassan and now his story is that he said he would not charge for delivery so we must pay again for another hero roll and chips that quite frankly we could do without...

Well we just paid as this was now an irritation... Solution - never order again from them as the Nandos is just around the corner anyway... Hassan we have bought from you for just under 5 years now... was it worth losing regular customers over one stupid steak roll and chips?
