On Sunday evening I went to KFC as I was lazy to cook supper, placed my order at 19:45pm for snack burgers and x2 grilled twisters as per norm I waited for my order while other people who bought after and the some whom ordered the same food got their food and left, My daughter was getting upset and when I enquired from the cashier I bought from 30 minutes later she told me they are wrapping my twisters to my surprise a voice from the back yelled asking if any of the twisters needed cheese and she replied with a yes. I lost my cool and told her how unacceptable the service was and she went to the back came back and packed my order which in total took 45 minutes and she apologised saying they are short staffed while I could clearly see there where more than enough at the kitchen so I took my order & went home to my surprise I discovered that they had given me a wrong order after waiting for long and to make matters worse they had even closed for the day and here I was with regular twisters instead of the grilled I asked for, It was most upseting that I am pregnant was hungry and they gave me food I cant eat it left me with a bitter taste in which I dont think I'll ever buy there.
