Saturday 3 Aug 2013, i bought food at McDonalds waterkloof for R79.They swiped my card twice and 2 transactions came through on my phone, 2xR79!I confronted the managers and they contested my complaint. After complaining and fighting with them for about 15 mins at the till, they said it will be written back in a short while. I demanded the cash back for the one transaction (i don't trust them) as i showed him the proof that 2 transactions went off. He denied it and couldn't even give me proof of payment or cancellation.
It is now Monday afternoon and I just checked my bank account and it shows the 2 transactions for the one order, so i was correct-No refunds as he promised!!You need to pay my money back or i will open a case at the Police for. Stay away from them.
Just another company delivering BAD service in SA-thanks to the BEE system.
