Went through Drive-Thu. Made my order. Paid for it via Debit card. Got a sms from the Standard Bank saying transaction went through. Their system says it didn't. Show them my sms. It's not valid proof. Tell me i should pay again. I refuse, call the manager. Show the sms. She refuse to give me my food. Tell me i should pay again. So i ask them how will i get my money back them? They respond that my transaction will automatically reverse. So i pay again. Got the sms again. Show them its the same sms i got previously. Their system shows it went through. They still don't want to give my money back, even though i have received a second sms stating the first one is true. I live in Die Wilgers, Pretoria. This is in Edenvale. I have yet to receive my "reversed transaction". It's been 3 days now.
