I moved to Ormonde Johannesburg on 8th September 2013, on Saturday 14th September 201r, early hours of the morning my friends and I went to Mcdonalds Ormonde for food. Firstly the milkshake system is off and then the food we got was horrible. Sunday, 13th October 2013 - the system was offline and the milkshake machine. We were allowed inside provided that we pay cash. The same incident happened this morning, 19th Oct 2013 the system was offline again and there was no milkshake, but this time we had an aggrogant manager who tells us that he has no cash and we cannot purchase anything. So now my frustration is, why does Ormonde have a 24hr Mcdonalds when they can never provide a service. My opinion is close down the outlet. I live in Vinton Road which is 5mins away from Mcdonalds but I can never get a decent meal, because they either offline, the milk shake machine is offline, the staff rather ignores you or they have no cash for cash transactions. I'm sure the night staff gets paid for being at work however what's the use when they can never provide a service. Its pathetic that everytime my friends and I visit Mcdonalds Ormonde that we encounter darn problems.
