I don't even know what to say. I just don't. I'm still waiting for feedback from you since last year. 2 ladies phoned me, nobody apologized. What is wrong with Debonairs CBD?? Just what?? Late delivery EVERY SINGLE TIME. Half an hour. 2 hours. 3 HOURS. We work in LHP and I order from them only when I'm at work or at my parents, say 6 times a year. But every single time! And SO unprofessional over the phone??? Didn't even asked me to hold the line, just gave the phone to the DRIVER! I never experience ANY problems with any of the other branches. Just this one. PLEASE do something about this, this is the last time I ordered Debonairs pizza. No matter how delicious, if one shop isn't as up to standard as the rest, and my complaints are ignored, then I will NEVER order Debonairs again.
