I WENT TO MACDONALDS WATERKLOOF DRIVE THROUGH SECTION ORDERD MY ORDER OF FOOD AND WENT TO THE PAYMENT SECTION TO PAY, SO I DID THEY SWIPED MY DEBIT CARD FOR PAYMENT AND IT DECLINED SO I SAID SWIPE IT AGAIN AND IT WENT THROUGH.I WENT HOME AND FOUND TWO NOTIFICATIONS ON MY PHONE THAT SHOW THAT A DOUBLE PAYMENT WENT OFF.THE NEXT DAY I TOOK MY SLIP AND MY BANK STATEMENTS TO THEM BECAUSE THAT THEY REQUIRED.THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A DAY OR 2 BUT SINCE I HANDED IN ALL MY DOCUMENTATION I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY FEEDBACK YET.
I THINK THIS IS BAD FOR MACDONALDS AND REACTION, RESPONSE AND FEEDBACK IS VERY POOR FROM TEIR SIDE.I WANT THIS TO BE SORTED OUT BECAUSE IF THEY CAN DO THIS TO ME HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE THEY DOING IT TO.AND EVERYTIME I TRY TO FOLLOW UP THE GIVE ME A OTHER STORY.
