On Saturday 18 Jan I went to KFC Fararmere to buy food and got double charged on my bill. The teller swiped my card and I got a notification that the transaction was successful then the teller told me that it shows on his side the transaction was aborted. He swiped again and it showed successful on his side. I asked him what about the first transaction and he said it would be reversed. Both transactions still shows on my account. Can you please give me my R114.90 back plus 14% interest per day which is a total of R170.23 today plus R25 for making this complaint. I will add 14% interest for every day I am waiting.
