I feel robbed

On saturday 19 October I took my kids to Mcdonalds at the reds mall- I went via the drive thru- after ordering I swiped my card, collected my food and then drove off- 15 minutes later I went to draw cash- only to find that they did a double debit- I then returnes to the store to see the manager Name- Papi, he then advised me that he was sorry and I should bring a bank statement from inside the bank and not the atm statement which I had brought as proof- which I did not have enough time to stand in the long que for yhe statement-its been 3 days and still no refund into my acc, why should I do the run around for something that was not my mistake- I buy mcdonalds daily and have decided to stop- and take this to the media if I don't receive what is owed to me asap. This is not my first BAD experience with mcdonalds- if I have to count on my fingers I'd need to use My toes aswel.
