Charged twice received meal only once no refund on

I went to get take aways at McDonalds Drive Through and did not have cash on me, so i swiped my band card. the lady adviised me that there was a system error even though i received a sms that the money was deducted, i told her to swipe again samer error occurred she called Clement a manager and he requested that i we try swiping my card inside. we went inside and he advised me that the two previous attempts would be reversed. he swiped my card inside and i received a third sms confirming that my meal was paid. then i got another sms to say that 1 of the outside attempts was reversed, we waited another 5 minutes or so and he said that if i do not get another sms i am welcome to return and would be refunded. saturday morning i woke up and did not receive another sms to say that the second transaction was reversed, so i went to McDonalds as per Clement. when i got there Clement was not there and another manager said they could not refund me and Clement was not working till now i have not received my money back or another meal as i paid for 2 two meals but only received the meal once
