On the 21st and the 22nd of January 2013, there was 6 transactions taken from my account, of which 3 were transactions with the following descriptions -( 1. Transfer to TE 110 DD 17.08.2012 2101) (2. Transfer to TE110 18.08.12 HOME LOANS B794) (3. Transfer to TE 19.08.12 HOME LOANS B788). I have been to the bank 3 times to log complaints for these transactions, and as it is it is already hard for me to take off from work. Everytime i went in they told me 3 working days, after 3 working days nothing happened. I got an sms after the query was lodged for the 3rd time, saying that these transactions were mcdonalds, now please tell me since when is mcdonalds description HOME LOAN??? Oh and why did i pay 3 transactions of R30.00 bank Charges on the same day! I am sick and tired of waiting now, these people are my money.
