Hi,
I made a purchase in the drive through at McDonalds and swiped my card and entered my pin number. Unfortunately there was something wrong with McDonalds swipe machines, bacause of that i was not given my order even through the transaction went through successfuly and I recieved an sms from my bank saying that I was just billed by McDonalds. When the cashier called the manager she told me that the transaction did not go through and that I will reciev an sms saying the transaction is reversed. Well i recieved no sms saying that it was reversed. I was charged, I even have an auth code for the amount that was deducted. I am extremely disgusted in this. Never again will I make a purchase at Mcdonalds again. I want my money back otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.
