This morning around 11:15am a friend and I went to the Mcdonalds in Glenhove near Rosebank Mall. The drive thru at that time had 4 cars in line with me being number 3. When i proceeded to the paying section, she rang up the amount but it turned out to be for the wrong order. It seems the lady infront of me had paid for my order but received her requested meal and I had paid for her order. This issue caused a huge lineup in the drive thru as we had been waiting for 15 minutes just for a refund. They were incompetent on even refunding me on my card and re doing the correct payment, they made me go to the ATM to withdraw whatever balance there was in order to settle the customer who had paid for my food. Pathethic, disgusting and the slowest service experience from a food chain with years of experience.
