I went to MacDonalds in the strand on the 21st of February to by lunch as I was in that area. When I got back to my office in Somerset West which was about 5 minutes later, the food was Ice cold and it looked like someone marked my burger with a brown spot. The chips was old and dry, so was the patty of the burger.
This is not the first time that I received bad quality food from this particular branch, and I am not the first one to complain about it. The problem is that it will cost you more in fuel to drive back and complain than to just chuck the food away. And complaining with the managers does not help as they just shrug their shoulders.
I took pictures to show the quality of the food, it was really not eatable as it had NO taste.
I think I have finally learned my lesson and will not buy from this MacDonalds again, and I will certainly not recommend any one else to.
