African Bank can't Bank. Constant Account issues

I have a dail-a-bed account via African Bank. I used to be on debit order, but they double deducted from my account twice. I had to go into my bank, to reverse the deduction every time. So I removed the debit order, and now pay via EFT. They phone me once per month, to ask why I'm not on debit order, and I have to spell out my story over and over. Now the latest issue:
I made a payment on the 1st of May 2013, via EFT, as I always do. They phone me up and tell me, I have not made payment. So I go to my own bank, get statements with stamp and all, and fax it to the requested number (0879430179 for att: Koba). That was done two days ago, 15 May 2013. My payment reflects on my bank statement, so I phone again today to verify that this African bank, can infact bank... it was not the case. My account is still in arrears, with no payment picked up for May. What more do I need to do, I mean I pay my account each and every month, to the same account, from the same account, how difficult can it be? Come-on, I lost faith the day you double deducted my account for the second time, but now you tell me I'm the one at fault? After I have infact made payment? No.
