I WORK FOR THE VODACOM 4U STORE AT MIDLANDS MALL AND MY COLLEGUES AND I PURCHASE FROM WIMPY ON A DAILY BASIS... THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE RECIEVED POOR SERVICE, I HAD NOT COMPLIANED BEFORE BUT TODAY IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WE USUALLY ORDER KIDDIES TOASTED CHEESE SANDWICHES WHICH IS A NORM... THE SALES LADY 'THA ' HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE WITH ME SAYING SHE CANT DO ANYTHIMNG AND I SPECIFIED THAT I WANTED THE KIDDIES MEAL.!!! IS THIS SUCH A PROBLEM AND SUCH A CONFUSION TO PROCESS?? I HAVE STOOD WAITING FOR THE MANAGER FOR OVER 10 MINS AND HE DIDNT COME FORWARD NOR ACKNOWLEDGE ME EVEN WHEN I STOOD WAITING TO PLACE MY ORDER HE FACED HIS BACK TOWARDS ME FOR 5MINS BEFORE A SALES PERSON 'THA' CAME TO ME... WHILE STANDING WAITING FOR THE MANAGER ANOTHER CUSTOMER COMPLAINED ABOUT THEIR OVER DELAYED ORDER... IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS THEN WHAT ABOUT OTHERS? MY PREGNANT FRIEND HAD BEEN KEPT WAITING THIS ENTIRE TIME FOR THE SANDWICHES... I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS AND THINK THE STAFF NEED SERIOUS CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING!!!
