I ordered 2 pizza and produced debit card for payment. The charge went through - even my cell phone recorded via SMS. However, the cashier quickly replied saying that the card transaction was declined. She asked if she can swipe the card again, which I declined because I had already received a confirmation SMS that the charge went through. I asked for a prove that it was declined, and they failed to produce. They insisted that if I want my order I must pay, which I paid with cash. They claimed that the system will automatically update / refund me through my bank or show non-payment later or in 24 hours. I agreed. I called the owner / manager the following day and he promised to refund me, but until today I have not yet received my refund.
