Unpleasant Service Received

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. In January I switched banks and I notified Nedbank to start debiting R1639.31 from my FNB account from 25/02/2013 and they did. And I called again asking them to debit R2000 from 25/03/2013, they didn't. And I called again, I was told that the query was not forwarded, they will debit R2000 on 25/04/2013. On 25/04/2013 the account was not debited, I called again informing them. They said they don't know what happened, they will debit on the 26th, again they didn't. I called again on the 29th, they said they will debit later on that day. On the 30th I received a call from Nathan telling me that my payment was late, and there funds were not available in my Nedbank account (which i never had). I called the call centre, spoke with Nash, asked him to update my details to the correct ones and I asked him to give me the EFT details, he was so unhelpful, he told me that he is not trained to assist people to do an EFT. As i remained helpless, i asked him to transfer me to a clued up person. I was transferred to Ailon Webb who was very helpful, he held the line till I completed an EFT. Why do i need to call Nedbank to pay them their money???
