NEDBANK PERSONAL LOAN

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and they debited twice last month (25 March 2013) and my account is up to date, I called in (28 March 2013) to be refunded, and the person I spoke to was "Nash" he promised me that I will be refunded within 24hours which didn't happen. I called a week later and I spoke to Sofie Mokoena, she gave me the same empty promise that I will receive the money within 24 hours, I called again on the 8 of April 2013, they told me the money is still in process I should get it on Saturday (9 April 2013) off which that didn't happened also, I did the last attempt to day (15 April 2013) and called and I spoke with the same person "Sofie Mokoena", telling me the same old story of waiting for another 24 hours, I'm taking this matter to the next level now, my lawyer should deal with this.
